Precision Engineering with a Focus on Thermal Management
We used rigorous dynamometer testing to optimize the design, guaranteeing outstanding results. You’ll feel a substantial improvement in throttle response and torque. Dyno tests on a 3.75-liter GT engine showed a remarkable 22 ft-lb torque increase and an 11hp uplift across the powerband.
Our headers are lagged with high-performance insulation, focusing on advanced thermal management. This helps maintain optimal exhaust gas velocity for improved scavenging and increased power. It also effectively manages heat in the engine bay, protecting key components like the starter motor, dynamo, and engine mount, as well as the water pipe hoses connected to the thermostat housing. This advanced insulation also helps reduce cabin temperatures.
Our headers are compatible with engine capacities from 3.7L to 4.2L and perform exceptionally well with both SU and Weber carburettors, including on Vantage models.
Seamless Integration and RestoMod Appeal
The downpipe flanges are compatible with all factory engines and gaskets. While some downpipes may require slight modification, these manifolds not only perform exceptionally but also enhance your engine bay’s visual appeal, making them a key feature for our Aston Martin RestoMod customers.
Please note, these headers are currently for Right-Hand Drive (RHD) cars only, but a Left-Hand Drive (LHD) setup is in development. This listing is for a pair of uncoated, plain manifolds. We can supply coated manifolds or add insulation for an additional cost.
