Enhanced Vantage Manifold Set for Aston Martin DB4, DB5, and DB6
We’ve meticulously re-engineered the Vantage manifold set to perfectly complement your Aston Martin 3.7L or 4.0L 6-cylinder engine. Leveraging our extensive experience, we’ve integrated modern technology to address original factory shortfalls, ensuring superior performance and a simplified “Vantage conversion” for your classic Aston Martin.
Precision Engineering for Optimal Performance and Easy Installation
Our Aston Martin Vantage manifolds feature CNC-machined ports with an improved size and shape. This innovative design allows for a bolt-on Vantage conversion without the need for extensive cylinder head porting. We’ve specifically engineered these manifolds to work seamlessly with standard SU 1.5″ port size cylinder heads, the most common type upgraded to a Weber arrangement.
Even if your Aston Martin already has an original larger port Vantage-type cylinder head, our manifolds will fit perfectly. Thanks to precision engineering, you’ll experience no decrease in airflow; instead, you’ll benefit from improved throttle response and enhanced drivability due to the refined port layout. We’ve also optimised the brake vacuum port area to minimize turbulence, further improving efficiency.
Authentic Reproduction with Modern Improvements
These Aston Martin manifolds are sold as sets of three and come complete with pre-fitted throttle spindle bushes. Reproduced using brand-new tooling as of January 2025, they represent the pinnacle of accuracy and modern manufacturing.
