After years of being unavailable, we’re excited to reintroduce the Aston Martin DB4 and DB4GT / Zagato 3.7L thermostat housing. This critical component is essential for your classic car’s cooling system and is now available thanks to brand new tooling from January 2025.

This unit is a direct replacement for the OE part number 20-06-137.
Original units often suffer from age, including corrosion and damaged threads that lead to persistent coolant leaks. Our new production solves these common issues with a pristine, robust component, ensuring the integrity of your engine’s cooling system.
We’ve even incorporated a subtle but important enhancement: an additional 2mm of material on the temperature capillary boss for better thread engagement and improved durability.
